What does the WN in the Zag Bag logo stand for?
When Zag Bag Designs was founded, Erica & Katie wanted a logo that reflected a little bit of themselves. The "W" and "N" were Erica & Katie's last initials when Zag Bag Designs was just getting started.  An updated logo is gradually being phased in reflecting a minor change to include Katie's new last initial.

What's with the name -- "Zag Bag"?
When playing with the logo in the company's early stages, the girls realized that when used together their initials formed a zig zag. The rest is Zag Bag history.

Where are Zag Bags made?
Zag Bag Designs was established in 2004 in Fillmore, Missouri.  All the bags are constructed start to finish there, in rural northwest Missouri.  All Zag Bag products are proudly hand-made in the USA.

Can I alter a current Zag Bag style to get an extra pocket, longer handles, etc.?
Every Zag Bag is a custom order. We strive to provide our designers with a variety of options on each style to give them exactly what they want. However, we do not honor special requests to alter our current designs. We love to hear requests from our designers, though. Do not hesitate to let us know what you'd like to see on a Zag Bag. You may see your suggestion on a new style!

Can I become a Zag Bag Independent Design Consultant?
