We offer a selection of over100 fabric choices, three lines of trim, and multiple handle options to personalize your design. Every order placed with Zag Bag Designs is a custom order, therefore all sales are final. Bags cannot be returned for refunds. However, we want our designers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. In the event that there is a problem that is a result of an error made by Zag Bag Designs, we will be happy to remedy the problem at our expense. Please contact us at repairs@zagbag.com further repair instructions. Claims for workmanship issues and mistakes must be made within 90 days of the purchase date of the Zag Bag. We reserve the right to deny claims without proof of the purchase date. Zag Bag Designs is not responsible for damage caused by heavy wear, machine washing, or dry cleaning.
